Morning chaps I broke the frame on my bed chair folding it up it's the head section on a rlx flat superlight does anyone no the trakker spares phone number or email address so I can order part,its out of warranty and was my fault so just want to bite the bullet and pay for it thanks in advance.pm if preferred

Dont worry mate was my fault was on the move and put a couple bits in chair and folded over.id never heard of that before but can reasure you it was 100% me

I've called that number and doesn't give you an option just says if its spare to go to your local stockist only problem is the shop that I brought it from the owner has cancer and has nothing to do with the shop his wife runs it and hasnt got a clue about returns from previous experience with ridge monkey.oh dear looks like this could be an expensive mistake

Just spoke to warranty repairs and they were good as gold explained the situation and they gonna call back tomorrow when spares are there so they can double check its the right part.very helpful I must say fair play to trakker wasnt expecting that to be honest

The same thing happened to me I folded it up with a winter sleeping bag and a pillow inside and the head section snapped. It was completely my fault but I did expect it to be stonger to be honest.
I fixed mine with two lengths of armadillo pole cut to size and inserted in the frame. I used the leg bolts to secure in place. Seems to work fine.
That's if you don't have any luck with trakker. I didn't try as I bought mine 2nd hand.
