I'm looking for some reel suggestions for Free Spirit E Class 2.75 lb. looking for something that's not huge, that would compliment the rod from a fish playing perspective. Thanks.

Thanks. I was looking at Castizm, but they're pricy. Is there a reel that isn't so yellow😂

If you were looking at castizms take a look at the emcast 25a as they are very similar in size and design

Like the previous post f your looking at the castizm why dont you have a look at the diawa emblem baitrunner cosmetically look similar and only around £130 each,I'm sure there are some differences but look very nice

Second the emcast 25a - have these and the cast'izm. If buying again I'd probably just go for the emcasts, slower drag and cosmetically better, cast'izms are lovely but not worth the extra IMO.

I must admit i have 'pimped' mine a little, i sprayed the side panels satin black and got the black widow 25a end caps and handle screws which are a matte/satin black, they look really good now with that colour combination....... Not that it makes one bit of difference

Take the spring out and you have a quick drag, half turn from close to open, I am very satisfied with my Daiwa Emcast 25A
