Is there any vids or a step by step guide on how to fit these as it says metal washer then plastic etc and don't think iv got it together correctly

The carbon washers should be a direct replacement, so take the old ones out and lay them in a line in order then just replace the plastic/felt washers with the carbon ones and put it all back in but obviously in reverse order. Is that what you mean?
