Most things are out of stock but got a very good deal on some daiwa basia barbel rods and castizms reels recently. Dont really like using them but they were a lot cheaper than any where else.

I really dislike them, my insurance company wanted them to supply me replacement kit and where ever so rude about quoting telling me I'd purchased everything with a deal and tried to devalue my kit (4K +). I insisted on the the Tackle box provide me a quote due to incompetence.
I have used them once for interest free finance, even then I had to send stuff back. Staff where nice enough though.

Have never used them until early this week . Bought a tempest air utility front. Cheapest about by a big margin , arrived yesterday. 👍🏼 from me.
haven't used personally either but currently looking to purchase some new bits and AD seem to be out of stock on a lot of products
Refuse point blank to use them. If they were the only option, I would pack up angling TBH once I had run out of hooks/hooklink.
I am lucky in that my local shops will price match them if I ask like one did today on a Pioneer & Wrap. £599 for the Pioneer & £119 for the Wrap. One of the shops will usually beat AD on prices by a few quid if they can, but they are not an Aqua stockist else I would have tied them.

Lots of people must use them unfortunately,they would be closing stores if sales were bad.I won't use them,the one in Stoke is *****

For the general angler, they are the only choice in some areas now who don't shop online such as the elder generation. even the companies hate dealing with them as AD try to dictate the terms that they work on. A friend of mine is the UK General Manager for a big match fishing company & he tries his hardest not to speak to them when they want an order as he knows he will waste so much time with them trying to push for 120 days terms instead of 30 days on invoice payments as well as wanting much lower prices than what the company has set for ALL accounts - whether they buy one item of a thousand items. They also want display models of items given to them which they end up selling and then taking forever to clear the invoice as they don't inform him that they have sold it until he gets an order for a replacement which could be months down the line. He says if he had his way he wouldn't supply them but his bosses want to have them selling their products, even though they are not the biggest account he has strangely enough (you would have thought with the amount of shops they have etc that they would be out-buying every other account by miles)..
