Hey guys, I currently have a Nash SS4 which is great.

My only issue is I'm currently fishing a water where travelling super light is the only option. Rather than sacrificing my SS4 due to its weight I've instead sacrificed my social chair.

The only issue is that the ss4 doesn't sit upright and only lays flat.

Bit of a pain watching the water!

A decent adjustable 1M pole with a foot on to protect the groundsheet would be ideal, I can prop the head end up at an angle...

any recommendations guys?

Storm pole, chop the spike off and bung with something or wrap with foam and tape for the foot, Old rod rest head on the top

would a bed buddy not be an easier option

Yes but that's not what he asked for

Could use a piece of rope on the far side of the bed chair clip it on the head end and half way down the bed

That's what I was thinking.

I saw that trakker's new bed chair has one on.

I don't want to take more items.

Get a piece of wood what ever length you want 2x1 or 3x1 eg. Cut some notches in it for differant heights, use it at the back or side maybe.
