After a quick bit of advice about the best net for the side compartment of a scope double skin. Just setting up some stalking gear and realised I don't have a particularly compact net. Not targeting anything over 15/20lb as I'll be canal/river based. Any advice appreciated.

Don't know how big that pocket is but I use a 36” and a telescopic 6ft carbon fiber handle.
With my 10ft extractor and that net I have no problems moving around the canals,

From post I've seen on Facebook pages it seems only the Nash scope black ops net and pole fit in the swan off double rod skins

Cheers both.

Phoned Nash earlier and they were helpful, but did confirm that only the black ops net fits the sawn off sleeve pocket. Should have checked before and certainly can't justify £250 (£200 second hand) on a travel net!

Googled telescopic travel poles and all that's showing is a dodgy looking NGT number for £9.

Basically need a pole and net that both fold to 28inches or less. Don't have to come together and pole doesn't need to extend beyond 1.5/1.8m. Doesn't need to be specimen either, just enough to land 15lb

Anyone know of any options? Cheers

Tackle box do a 28” net and spreader, looked ok when I had a fiddle in the shop.
Handle would be a different matter, needs to be 3 or 4 piece for that size when collapsed or telescopic as you say

the smallest "Set" (net and pole) I have come across is the new Sonik Xtractor Recon net.

That is 30 inches packed down.

Not 28inch but would only hang out a couple of inches if that didn't bother you.
