Before I go to all the trouble of getting the manufacture to repair my barrow I'd thought I'd ask on here.
I got a length of bramble tangled up in the front wheel and the battery overload button popped out . I reset the button and then the fun began. The barrow still works but will only carry half the weight it used to shift. My question is how to tell if it's the motor I've damaged , can you just buy a new one and replace it or is it a back to the makers .

You're more likely to have either damaged one of the cables or the cut-out has done something odd and you are now maybe only getting one battery kicking in.

Sorry my mistake. It's a 12 volt motor.
