Hello guys, i have registered here because who if not the British anglers can help me with fishing gear.
Im chaning my 2 man bivvy for something for one person, i even ordered Trakker 100t but still waiting for shop to complete the order and i was informed that i will wait at least to next month so i was starting to look at other bivvies.
Long story short, what would You choose to buy:
Trakker Tempest 100t with groundsheet and front panel for 350 quid
Aqua Pioneer with cover for 500 quid (yeah i know it's real bargain)
or Cyprinus Typhoon Full Bivvy System with skull cap for 570.
Cyprinus has a zip groundsheet - that's cool thing about it.
Aqua is a company with many years of history and quality of their gear is just awesome but transport size (175cm) is a little problematic.
Tempest is just cheaper than others, but have polyester instead of Aquatexx and i don't know how it would be in heavy rain for few days, so that's the reason why im asking You guys - who live in rainy country
Pros for 100t - height
Trakker and Cyrpinus have composite system, Aqua has (or had?) solid metal system.
Could You please help me to choose right thing for years not one season ?

Another option to consider Dimension are 280x220x150cm comes complete inc

No not yet
as its very new but somebody on here user name (( Jurgen500 )) has one and is impressed with it also a couple of other people but cant think of them at the moment
they have a facebook page with videos well worth checking

I have terminated 100t and ordered this beauty, it has everything what i wanted and even more.
In this year they will make an overlap for this one so it can't be better.
btw. great contact with this company, not like trakker where im waiting 2 weeks and still have no response...

I would definitely buy the skull cap !!!!! makes it cooler in the hot weather and helps a great deal with the condensation on the roof in the cold lots of people dont bother with the wrap
UNLESS you want the bit if extra room it gives
what lakes in Poland do you fish or are you now in the UK ?

i've ordered skull cap too, and even vpod - i don't really need it so much but i like to support local businesses that go for quality not quantity
I will test how's skull cap working in colder days because i've never had a chance to test it but in winter wrap is always nice to have as extra layer to keep warm inside.
Your lakes are main reason i would love to live in UK, but i live in Poland for now.
Im newbie in carp fishing - 4th seson now, and in this season i can finally say i know what am i doing so im fishing in smaller lakes most of them are private, around my city and sometimes more distant.
But if You are thinking about visiting Poland for fishing i could make You a list with beautiful big, wild lakes where You can hunt for big carps.

Hi I received mine recently and really pleased.
Obviously not used on the bank but have put up in the garden a few times and seems great...lots of headroom,goes up really easy and I think it's a bargain.I agree that Quest seem very professional and good communications with customers.
