Im looking to get some scopes and matching luggage - I currently own a set of hi's 3.25 12'6 that are great and I have a set of 10ft s class creepers in 2.5 test that I use for 70% of my fishing short range stuff etc....
Ill keep the HI S for my long range fishing BUT I fancy a change and want to cut down on kit and so Im decided on some scopes.
Im particularly interested in any long term users thoughts on either the black ops or standard versions is the black ops worth the extra?
Im thinking a 2.75 or 3lb in cork or 3lb in the black ops so would really appreciate any users feedback and will pair them with my ss2600 but would be interested in anyone who has scope reels feedback as well
Im also looking at the net to go with it so any feedback on both nets black ops or standard
Also considering the recon rucksack as my cotswold Aquarius rucksack is rubbish to carry

The black ops have 50mm guides (for some stupid reason) so pointless with most reels, especially ss2600s and those awful meccano reel seats.
Better off with standard cork or shrink models and spending the difference on a dymag net rather than scope If you want a high end one.

Just seen that hey have 50mm ringing which defeats the object but the reel seat is listed as below in the newer versions:
Alps ARD matte black reel fittings for a custom flavour, with knurled twin locking collars and minimalist design. Pacific Bay high stand off Minima guides from a 50mm butt to an anti-frap tournament tip on all 9 and 10ft models give the smoothest casting performance of any Scope yet.

Why change s class creepers are streets ahead of the scopes you have a great set up already tbh and the scope luggage is overpriced tat

They're the reel seats I meant, awful bloody things
If you can handle assembling them each time it sounds like a dymag mobile system would be a good option and an actual upgrade to what you have as said below

I can get it at a VERY good price ad could sell my old stuff to cover it and have a much more mobile and compact set up - plus I'm a tart
