i no you asked about ridge monkey and ngt but tft are doing a chub bivvy light for £6

I've got both, the ridge monkey is far superior and well worth the extra £20.
I bought the NGT one first as, like most, I thought no way am I buying an expensive bivvy light and tbh It's a bit ****.
The magnet is weak and the light falls on the floor cracking the case every time the bivvy is knocked.
It's only got 4 settings, bright white, really ****ing bright white, dim red and I can see no reason anyone wants this, a flashing red.
The battery runs out really quickly.
Then I had some birthday money so bought a ridge monkey.
The magnet is super strong
It has varying brightness of red, white and a lovely green.
The battery last ages.
It comes with a handy little bracket that can be used to light up the swim if needed.
The only good thing about the NGT light is I now use the neoprene case it came in for my ridge monkey.

I use a sunblessa similar to ridgemonkey with out the carp tax

The smart light is superb and integrates with either Delkims or Fox, I do think the have one for Nash as well now.

I got the Ridge Monkey one from TFT when they had 15% off and it has been great. I think it is the top one they do (mine has 3 colours with full brightness control and 4 x blue LED battery indicators)
I used it over winter and had it on pretty much from 5pm until the morning (switched to red when sleeping) and in the morning still had 3 LED's lit.
Only issue I have is the magnets are only in the 2 ends so can still drop away from the backing if you knock your shelter but it's pretty tough.
