Has anyone had angling lines contact them regarding there trip, I'm due to go to France 15th may.
Just wondering what they have offered if you can't go

We were due to go today theyve moved our trip to October

Was there any choice of a refund? , I was due to go blue lake in mid May and thinking by then they won't be able to fit us in this year, it does say on their terms and conditions that if a major problem occurs and they can't honour your booking that an alternative date aor water would be offered or a full refund. So I'm thinking now that I'd rather a refund.

I was over in France when they announced the travel ban for France . Ended up booking our own train home because didn't want to get stuck out there and had no contact from angling lines prior to the announcement. Still waiting for angling lines decision whether we get another trip next year or at least the cost of the lake. at the moment they seem to be under the impression it was our decision to leave the lake even though there was a travel ban in France. Was also pretty disappointed they advised us that the train would have been definitely running at the end of our week even though euro tunnel themselves when I phoned could not make any guarantees they would still be running. Hoping they pull through and offer a week next year as I have been using them for 8 years or so now. Think if they offer nothing will be the last time I use them unfortunately. What's your opinions on what I should get if anything??
