I've had my Petzl tikka headtorch for more years than I care to remember . It has served me very well and has all the features I need . It is on its way out and I was looking for a replacement Petzl headtorch . On looking into it there seems so many more now andI'm unsure which to go for . Can anyone please recommend one , thanks ?

I like the Zipka you can wear it like a watch so always to hand.

as a life long Petzl head lamp user I now know there are superior head torches around

I was put onto this one from Pauls post on here and now use one and so do 2 of my m8s ALL agree the best lamp they have ever used

Trust me go buy yourself a Nitecore NU25 rechargeable head torch, especially if like me you sleep wearing it

Always used petzls, going back to that monster that had that stupid great square battery on the back. Using a led lenser yellow thing now. It's decent.

Yep i switched over to a led lenzer a few years back...very decent range and normally a bargain to be had on ebay or amazon if you hunt around...

Thanks gents . I love my Petzl so hadn't considered anything else . Add to that the fact I have the case for it so thought I'd just get a replacement - job done . Having said that I will certainly check out the suggestions , thanks 👍
