If like me you do a few trips a year over the chanel and have a frequent traveler ticket on the tunnel has anyone managed to extend it or get a refund?. I have 10 journey 'pass' but just used 4 so far and it seems unlikely I'll get over there any more this year.

I contacted them via email and they extended for 3 months

Followed advise and contacted them by their form, got a 12 month extension

I used their contact form and initially got a 3 month extension... Then out of the blue last week I received an email saying that they had given me a further 9 months.... Happy Days!. If you don't ask you don't get 😁

I bought them Sept 2019 so they finish Sept 2020, Eurotunnel have extended them to Sept 2021

Is there a form or do you contact them ?
Have only used two so far , put two back to September and October in hope , would rather not loose the other four .
