Appreciate feedback from users of BAF pop up mixes.

I'm used to using CC Moores and Mainline pop up mixes. I've just ordered a BAF mix for a change.
I'm wondering what sort of percentage levels of additional powders you've been able to add without decreasing the buoyancy too much.

I'm not planning on adding any really heavy powders, just citric acid, fruit stim and betaine. If I could get away with it perhaps a bit of glm.

Was going to only use the egg whites, not sure if that might help a bit.
Do you guys add any egg alb to the BAF mix or does it harden off enough as supplied?

Thanks for your replies.

Not used it on its own with additives but have added Cork granules to it to balance out the additives but also give extra buoyancy, because of that I have added egg alb as well to toughen it up.

No prob with that Mr Rex. I've used it at 80%, with 10% each of egg albumin and HG80 Whey Gel (due to Crays). Easily holds up a pop up rig, dries hard, keeps flavours well. Miles better than Polaris.
