Hi I'm fishing homle fen the meadows in the april for a week.
Has anyone fished there before round that time of the year any advice would be much appreciated.

My syndicate was over the road and Martin who owned that ownes Holme fen with mick. I fished there a few time's will pm you over some info mate

Keep an eye on the catch reports would be my advice.Martin updates them weekly. To be fair it hasn`t fished very well since october.Thewinter syndicate mainly catching the odd 20lb stockie, a 30 and rumours of a 55. Not much else has been out by all accounts-but they will have to switch on at some point and April is a good time. Pick a swim with some shallower areas if you can.
