Only used mine twice and both pegs were flat i have struggled to get it flush to the floor at the back without a gap .What do you do to stop this am i pegging it wrong?

Peg the two out poles and then push the middle pole inwards until it makes contact with the ground and then peg. If all three poles were the same length the ground would need to be perfectly flat to avoid rocking.
