Anyone fished here its in criccieth near pwllheli in north wales was thinking of doing a 48 hr on the carp lake

It's a 1 Acre Lake with 6 pegs. Screams Noddy to me. Had a look because I live that way.

Living in Carp Fishing No Man's Land I'd rather Travel for 2 hours.

I look at it that if I've got a pass for 48 hours I'd happily commit 6 hours to travel (3 each way) and fish somewhere decent.

Is it no good there then? Llyn y gors in anglesea had a few lakes aswell but never fished there

The carp fishing is pretty thin on the ground in north wales unfortunately. If you are prepared to travel as far as Shrewsbury there are a couple about . Merrington , blackthorn and earls view .

Yeah theres not much lakes but im guna give llyn y gors a go heard good things about there

I've fished Llyn Y Gors once years ago.

As previous said forget the others and go to Merrington or Earls View.

two more worth mentioning , Celtic lakes and common wood fishery . I haven't fished Celtic lakes but I have heard good things , it's on the west coast of wales somewhere. Common wood fishery is not from from me (near Wrexham) . They have quite a few lakes there offereing quite a bit of variety , from match style to runs water to a specimen carp water . They also have a catfish pool .

From memory there was a lake near Pwllheli on a holiday park that a friend had some nice fish from, a few years ago.
