Does anyone have one , how good or bad are they.
Boat , Sounder and GPS for under £1000 , UK Company , seems good value against a lot of the others,

As with a lot of UK companies they are just shipping over from China cheap parts and not built here is my guess.

Can't really compare these to a decent in-house manufacturer using higher quality parts to build.

yep definitely chinese built , theres a few vids on t'internet of the factory where they're made. my mate has just bought one but hasn't yet had a chance to use it. If you msg them on FB they'll get back to you and you can have a chat with Steve the guy that runs Future Carping. Seems like a nice enough bloke. I was a bit concerned about the after sales as every bait boat goes wrong and its how its fixed thats important to me , so decided against it in the end. They are however good value for money but as stated i don't think you can compare them against an X Boat or RT4. But not everyones got upwards of 3 grand to spend so i guess there's a market for them.

Cheers guys , had a look a the Tolson a RT4 , seems you can get an RT4 ,sounder and gps(Ray marine plus Tablet ) for around £1600,
To be fair I thought the site wasn't that easy to navigate and be 100% sure as to what I chose .

do you man a CL4, i doubt you'll get an RT4 for that?

They look good value for money though, I hope you ordered the blue camo one

I recently Brought a CL4 end of January. Used it three times and it really is a great bit of kit. I struggled the first time but steve was a phone call away. Called him and after 10 mins on phone the boat was set up and was pukka.

Even got a phone call from Steve on Monday saying that due to lock down warranty has been extended by 3 months.

Honestly if you haven't purchased in really do recommend haveing a chat with them.
