I know a few of the members on here fish waters close to this so hoping i might be able to pick up some info about it as its scarce on google.

I understand that affinity water run the site and have their own angling club that have the rights to fish it.

Has anyone been able to track down any more information about the place?

Can non affinity employees even entertain the idea of getting a ticket or fishing it

It certainly was, though have no connections to the place. there was a thread on the Anglers forum about it. will see if i can find it.
