I have a weekend social planned at churn beginning of April and wondered if you lot had much info on the place. Catch results don't really get published that much and I was wondering how it's been fishing

I was offered the first week of April last year as my mate had it booked and invited me but unfortunately I was off out to France so obviously had to turn him down, I know its not relevant to any recent captures but it is the same time of the year.
Three of them fished it in the end, they all caught about 8/9 fish between them all from memory with two of them catching 30+ fish, they all caught from baiting little spots in the edges stalking about during the day, as soon as they sat behind the rods for the evening/night they never had a bite.

Ok mate thanks for the info , the margins were gonna be my main approach just hoping for some mild weather that weekend, thanks again
