Evening All,

Does anyone have these alarms or have seen them in the flesh? I've watched lots of videos and they do look good based around the old Ace alarms I believe...

Looks like a set of three and receiver can be had for about £250

They had a stand at the big one, all there products looked well made. The HD5 alarms looked great with lots of features.
I spoke with one of the guys on the stand they have been in Europe for some time. From what I seen a class company

I think Carp Spirit is a trading name of Normark France and I understand Normark is connected with Shimano.

I did hear Shimano had bought ACE and it seems Carp Spirit has rebranded some old ACE gear.

If this is right it seems odd that Shimano didn't just leave the ACE alarm untouched from which the HDS appears to be descended. Seems to have good credentials though so I would buy with confidence

Sadly I brought a set and returned them.

Pity as they seemed good spec and well made but quality isn't there!!! From new 1 alarm wouldn't connect with the receiver and the signal on the other two was poor.

I would avoid

Anyone have any further info on these?

Any further review on these or the Carp Spirit Bite HD3 guys?
