I am a bit old and rickety. my family just bought me a Nash tax power barrow for birthday. 900 quids worth.
oh my god. what a let down. Firstly it goes violently to the left.
BUT THE WORSE PROBLEM IS NO POWER. On the flat it seems fast. BUT as soon as you hit a hill it goes 1 ft and will not go any further. Wanted it for hills. WHAT IS THE POINT IF AN ELECTRIC BARROW WILL NOT GO UP A HILL.
I am really upset considering that in their video they fly up a steeper hill . I wonder if anyone has any ideas. HELP..

It's got to be faulty surely? There's quite a few videos of them bombing along and up hills fully loaded. Admittedly I've only had a little play with one at a show but that thing could wrench your arms out of their sockets on max power. I'd be very surprised if one foot of hill would have stopped it.
Firstly I'd ask your very kind family where it came from and arrange a replacement and perhaps message nash about it. It's a brand new product so I'm sure they'd be keen to make sure there's nothing but positive feedback on the interwebs.

I cant see how it powers to the left what with the motor being built inside the wheel. I have the metro Nash barrow and it has plenty of power to cope with the steep hill on one of the waters I fish. so id say it may be faulty drop Nash a mail or call.

I met another bloke on the lake yesterday whilst using his.
when using back wheels his goes violently left and has the same lack of power.
its got lots of speed but no real pulling power. he is also gutted
I am getting my one returned and decided don't want it as his is the same
big disappointment.
the promotional video on their website is a lie.

yes it does. thats what I thought.
but my tackle only weighs 50 kg and soon as it hits a hill is useless

I hope the shop sort it out for you as I doubt Nash will as their customer service is an absolute joke.As Gerry says get your cash back and get a power porter

to be honest I already spoke to Nash. so called customer service. some young kidded not seem in the least be interested. had no answers wanted to get me off the phone.
