Any of you guys fished Lac De Laneuville? Would you recommend it? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Superb venue, quiet, clean, well appointed. Beautiful lake with a pretty amazing stock. LOADs of 40z with a decent back up stock. A number of 50z in fantastic surroundings. Check out there FB page, loads of photos.
Its close to Chanty, if you book, go and have a look, decent lunch there and a chance to see the main lake.
Great venue, have booked again.

As a tip, fish from the two pegs on the right of the lake, that directly face a small island.
Get Ross to give you the paddle boat, and go and drop your rigs either side of that island.
Pop up boilies on a Ronnie rig, with loads of maize and boilie around your bait.
You will clean up.
Our last trip got ruined by a tornado.
Took the roof off the outhouse connected to the house, and ripped a load of the trees out of the floor into the lake.
The ground shook!
hope for better weather for you!

Alright JeffE, We've also booked up for this year, 20th June for 1 week, really looking forward to it as its our first venture outside of the UK. Can any one advise on the bait to use and if the 'in house' boilies and pellets do the trick?

yea the in house boilies are alright, i dont think they do pop-ups there.
so best to use your own. I found high vis ones or white worked well. On the opposite end of the lake, and to the left, fish the margins on a night.
The peg to the right of the house near the smaller island - fish close up either side of that, with pop ups and you will do well.
