I had a load of gear stolen from my shed in Newmarket last night. Please keep an eye out for it and let me or the police know if you think you see it for sale.

Hi mate, I'd be curious where abouts in Newmarket this was just because I know a lot of folk out that way. I wouldn't mind getting word out.
I spoke to someone a month or so back that had their garage done over on Studlands Park.

Visit all the local Cash Converters / Convert to Cash or other variants and you might recognise some items. These shops are a blight to every decent hard working family as the local low life know they have a easy outlet for their thieving with no questions asked.
But don't build up your hopes. A friends husband had his expensive racing push bike stolen and saw it in a shop window a few days later. He 'phoned the plod but they were "too busy". It really does make your blood boil!
