Mine is going to become my "all rounder". Nights, days and a week in France in June.
If I were going in March or October I wouldn't risk it. But it will be perfect for a week during the warmer months....the rear vents will help, hopefully won't sweat my goolies off.
I've been more than impressed with the amount of room inside my V2 and I tend to fish light, even for a week.
I've got the skull cap already, just need to buy the 100T mozzie mesh and I'm good to go.

Mine will be my all round, all year bivvy aslong as I've got the skull cap on I'm sure I'll be fine. My mate uses his v2 brolly all year round and has had no problems with weather or anything so far.

The only thing I would have liked to have seen is clear panels either side of the door to let more light in when is raining as it tends to be darker in those conditions
maybe a custom front made by ArmyAndy would sort that

Got mine today at the Brentwood carp show done me a deal £250 will be using it tomorrow. Only thing now need to find a quiver bag big enough to store it in any suggestions

Have a look at the korum range at the transition quiver or the other holdall in the range they have big pockets on them for a shelter

I've ordered both just incase, I'll be using it all year round so won't use the mozzy mesh front in the winter

lol not just more light in the daytime its nice to be able to see out too
I have got Army Andy to replace both the front mesh with plastic panels on my Tempest Bivvy its so much better IMO if its hot enough to want more ventilation in the front I will just fold it back or unzip it all together
I have never seen the point of them ? if its mozzies I have a complete mozzie front anyway
