I was thinking, could it be that these nobodies fear slipping into irrelevance and are desperate to stay relevant and will say anything to stay in the spotlight?
Seems there's to me theres been a power play going on for sometime now. The ratcheting up of the fesr levels, Boris for once in his miserable life has actually stood firm and not give in to the fear/scare/sheer horror stats/factoids on steroids chaps. I'm really warming to Boris once again.

Valance also said we won't be jabbing 3, 4, 5, 6, or how ever many times a year some were mocking on here recently. It will be a once a year jab for those that need it just like the flu.
That's been strangely ignored on here tonight !!!

I don't know if I ever said it here, might have done: I don't want anything I've ever suggested to become even a remote reality. I don't want to be right in the slightest and delighted to be wrong. Who the f..k wants to live in a world like I've been mentioning, not I, sod that.
All I ever wanted was for Boris to nuts all of this insanity off. I kept repeatedly saying he should let it rip, and he has, hallelujah, praise the lord.
So, tell me this, you lot of lefties still wanna be in the coomie European Union with its mandatory vaccinations and Covid passes and whatever crazy they'll dream up next? Not working out so well for our European cousins is it?

Brushing over the other cobbler's in that post, addressing paragraph 3:
With 90% vaccinated, hospital's full of the correct PPE and equipment and drugs and techniques to quickly save lives. Letting it rip whilst you've a full arsenal of proven methods, people, expertise and a waning virus is the right time to scientifically make a judgement.
The ultra libertarian clowns timeline (probably yourself, Wayne etc) was not I'm afraid to tell you.

We'll never know now what would have happened if doctors/hospitals would have used drugs like Ivermectin and the likes.
Anyway, I can't be arsed to argue. I'm just happy that this dark cloud seems to be lifting. The talk of mandatory vaccinations was very worrying, not so much in the sense of possibly dying from the clot shot, we all die at some point - not scared of dying, more so the fact of slipping into the hell realms of totalitarianism, ala the EU et al.

I only caught some of the end of their press conference. We deduced that sir whit-alot won't be slaying any dragons or rescuing damsels in distress; but in this day and age can the man not have a bloody button to change slides himself 
As and when the cloud of Covid lifts and the future seems a bit better, what's the betting those now fearing 'the totalitarian state' will just switch to something else to be afraid of.

I imagine the anti-vax, anti-mask lot will soon move back to being scared of brown folk once covid has gone. Especially when they see the freedom-of-movement from India that's on the table for a trade deal.

I did inform some brexit voters I know who cited immigration as one of their concerns that immigrants would simply become a darker shade of brown. I bet they're kicking themselves now
