Yes it's the same lot.
Could you imagine if they extended the congestion charge, it would mean more people using public transport so the need to employ even more strike happy drivers

Lib Dems car share with anyone who'll have them.
Green party voters like me get the bikes out or at worst a prius.
Brexit party types get dropped off by the RAC truck after their Rover 414 breaks down.
And edl / bnp party types don't go to school. Obviously.
