Not particularly, but again, I'm not pulling people up on their spelling and grammar to try and look good, when you need to look at your own, because it ain't perfect. I knew youd bite on that last one, absolutely read you like a book, throw the crumbs out.
Anyhow, yeah watched the heavily edited video, bit too much alcohol, and everyone thinks they can back chat the police and not think anything will happen, regardless of how old you are if you're gonna do that at that age, then you're old enough to know there could well be consequences

The laws were pretty clear and the police are paid to uphold them.
I'm all for challenging heavy handed and inappropriate policing. If they've overstepped a line there's the ipcc to deal with it.

Taking photographs or videos in a place that is publicly accessible is not a crime. They have no legal right to demand that the gentleman's spouse hands over her phone to them but took it off her anyway.
Laws are pretty clear and the police did not uphold them.
Edit - Why demand her phone, surely they had nothing to hide....

I think your right here Tazi. A little discretion would have gone a long way in this instance
On the flip side if any of you regularly do away days following your football team then you will know full well how badly football fans, especially away fans, are treated. I dont hear any uproar about that that happens almost weekly for the last 30 odd years
