Is it as low as been discussed on here

The infill front has a solid door and cannot be used letter box as advertised it can be set up as.....I've emailed wychwood to explain why this is so......nothing back yet. Bought the brolly / front on the basis of what was advertised so not especially over the moon with it

Bit off a piss off that is mate,second reason I won't be getting one,even says it on there own website as well as sellers that it's letter box,let us know what they say if you get a reply

Neighbour just knocked on the door with a soaking wet soggy box that they threw over his 6ft gate he has no idea if it was today or yesterday its just the brolly ..........no front no groundsheet and no clear door that I paid for tossers

That's shocking mate. I ordered mine with groundsheet, infill front and mozzie panel, should arrive tomorrow

I will be bitterly disappointed if the infill can't be used letterbox style and a complaint will be going to wychwood and trading standards for false advertising.

post 74 is worth reading re letterbox ?

Wychwood have replied back to me and confirmed a number of the brolly fronts had gone out with the flaw in the design....lack of letter box ability. To their credit they will be sending out the correct one out to me as soon as they arrive....and I can keep the faulty one. Can't be fairer than that....
Sounds like a batch has gone out to various stores so might be worthwhile if your purchasing the brolly and extras to ask the store to check the front for this.

Did you contact Wychwood direct or where you purchased it from, long story short I ordered all mine from Fishing tackle and bait yesterday TBF to them I received a phonecall from them within minutes to say they had the Brolly and grounsheet in stock but no infill panel or doors they said they had oversold those items and didn't have stock so did I still want the brolly and groundsheet and they would refund me the outstanding which I agreed and they have, I think they have already clocked this issue possibly someone local had bought one and returned it probably.

So anyway straight on ebay found an infill and clear door at Ludlow tackle ordered it and it's just turned up, aside from the Wychwood label cable tied to the infill panel saying letterbox style door it isn't.

That could be months away before you get a replacement,not good

Contacted Wychwood direct through email....suggest you do the same. Assured me they will replace asap....might take a while but it is what it is at least they are been honest in the mistake. It's when company's shy away from faults it pisses me off
