Oh my life just no consideration for anyone or anything. Oblivious to it all in relation to the devastation they leave behind.

Alam bells started to ring when the builder ‘sorry cowboy' approached me and told me that the lads he uses to lay the flooring ‘Indian stone' in the yard would be coming on Tuesday morning to carry out the work. Told me that they were cracking lads, have always done him great work, sees them right and they push me forwards of the queue. Anyhow, up turn the lads and I thought to myself ‘I've known them for years as they're off the estate and have lived here all their lives - same as myself'. Anyway, I get talking to them and asked how long they'd be doing work and known ‘insert name' for?. Imagine my surprise when they told me that this is the first job and they had never met him before.......what chance has one got really when facing someone that is a compulsive liar to which he's being found out to be a time or three.

Cannot wait until I'm in a position to name names along with an hair salon that he had permission for to convert an old petrol station into a beauty salon that his wife will be opening shortly which no doubt funded by the folk he's ripped off and is continuing to rip off along the way.

The goading I put up with off this idiot is beyond anything that I've ever put up with. I put up with it because at that time he was surely aware of all the 3@115 ups he was making and was also aware that the only way out of the contract was that if I belted him one.

Vermin, scum.

Unbelievably small world.

The wife and daughter are on a first aid course today. She's just phoned me during dinner break to say that the lady from Edit - ‘deleted name' kitchen and joinery who had helped design my daughters kitchen is also on the course along with a manager from ‘deleted name' too.

Turns out that she recognised my wife and daughter and during a discussion about this builder ‘who has to remain anonymous for now' tells her that this builder in question has made a total mess of other kitchens too and customers have had to have their kitchens replaced.

Due to shocking work by this builder there is currently a family that now have no kitchen over the Christmas period as he has totally wrecked that one too when fitting it.

OMG...

I don't know how they sleep at night in their lovely home.

It could be psychological

Maybe his mum ran off with a kitchen fitter when he was young.

At all the responses since my last post.

Got to stay calm so not to hinder the litigation process.

When in a position of naming these jokers then that I will.

You will not believe that the devastation that has being left behind is at all possible.

Extractor fan put on the ceiling in both bathrooms but thankfully now noticed that there is no external vent to it.

Yet these cowboys are still trading and making peoples life a misery. Don't know how the vermin scum sleep at night in their nice big posh home.
