So dymag, the cultist of cult brands, uses solar mesh, and Harrison arms? Guessing the handle is Harrison aswell then. So what does mr dymag do to make this net so amazing, apart from charge loads for it? Is the spreader block machined in house?
What now makes this net worth so much more than a solar bowline net for example, as I've seen the mesh moving through water easily, described as being one of the better features of the dymag many times?

Id rather have harrison arms and a handle built to my own spec to match my rods and buy a sloar mesh and save £150.

I got the stalker one and it came with a JRC mesh; couldn't give a rat's arse about the mesh to be honest. I was more interested in the design of the whole stalker getup. A pal has got the Harrison net, god I laugh at its inferiority. And like I keep telling him, it's alright, but it ain't a Dymag is it.
Until you've got his kit in your hot little hands...

Graeme owns the mandrels that his nets and rods are rolled on. He designs and has made the metalware for his range of tackle and then assembles the components himself.

Done that too,so my spare net matches my aviators.My dymag has black writing and red whipping so matches also

Id have thought the carbon used would be what makes the difference to arms and handles more than what mandrels are used.
But what your getting at is Harrison will make products for someone else, that are superior to their own?

So it's made up of Harrison parts and a Solar mesh (which is probably not made exclusively for Solar).
So the 'special' bit must be how it's all put together? Surely this Greame chap is not only person in the country or the world to be able to do this?

I own a few nets but was gifted a personalised mk3 dymag net a couple of Christmas's ago and its a truly incredible net. It's so light, extremely stiff and the arms and block are so easy to disassemble. Mega expensive bit of kit but incredible to use

Harrison make the parts on Dymag Mandrels to Dymag spec and because of design ownership I doubt t Harrison can make them for Joe blogs .

To anyone that has used knows about the nets is there much difference between the mk2 and mk3 and which do people prefer?

And I dont see my Mk 2 Dymag net as a cult net ?
as some one has mentioned and I dont give a flying fig where or how it is made !
All I care about is the fact I am using the very best net on the planet IMHO
No question the most tense moment is at the landing net stage and I KNOW this net has massively helped in this process the extreme lightness and the superb rigidi arms with zero droop its a joy to use
