Green one is mk1 and doesn't have SS frame......DPM Camo one is the MK2 and does have the SS frame......

Got mine today first class and aqua quality but different badge came with lightweight groundsheet and storm rods. Also centre pole. There is a short bar in there as well any idea what this is.

Also got mine today - unfortunately there are several pin holes in the material by one of the struts so it will have to go back. Not obvious from the outside but clear from inside & would certainly let rain in.
The material does feel flimsy & I would be interested to see if it is the same as the Green Fast & Lights. Concerned the material could get easily damaged - it is certainly thinner than my early Aqua 60" brolly.
Only short bar I had was an allen key for tightening the storm pole fixings. Also one of the black plastic protectors had popped off the frame, which may have caused the damage I mention.

May be but bout a foot long not had chance to put up but opened in garage no problems with material same as tbe aqua model

Its probably the bar that you can screw in to the centre boss - i.e a brolly pole (You get them with a f&l) there not necesary to be honest

I was fishing with a mate of mine who owned the green mk1 aqua version for a couple of years. My cyprinus was set up. He confirmed it's identical.
If you bought the dpm mk2 version then the material is thinner, but again it's the same as the aqua camo. I've seen that in the flesh and it's definitely thinner on the mk2 than the mk1.
Bummer you've got a duff one. Mines been out in proper rain and it's been bone dry. I guess with any of this stuff they'll be odd ones that are iffy. Doesn't make it any less aggro for you though.

Crispy had the heritage 60 for a while. I saw that set up. The material was heavier weight than the fast and light. But the heritage wasn't fast or light so I guess the deliberately lighten it up for the smaller f&l.

It's the camo fast and light I'm thinking of so wouldn't mind knowing the weight is it a heavy beast like a supabrolly or a lot lighter

Its much lighter. I cycled home from work carrying it in one hand, although I had taken the pegs & groundsheet out. If I get a chance later ill weigh just the brolly.
