Afternoon gents.

I had a problem with my vacuum sealer this weekend. Basically it wouldn't vacuum.
I noticed that the rectangular foam seal had come away a bit (see pic below)

I re-set it and tried again and it was better but no full vacuum.

Any ideas fellas?

It could be your gasket needs cleaning or replacing.Take the foam piece out and give it a clean but let it dry out completely before putting back in.If this does not work then try buying a new gasket

Just checked in the box actually and there's a spare. I've fitted that and will give it a go when the rugrats ain't about
