80kg in 16 buckets is only 5kg in each bucket

I use buckets that 5kg of basemix comes in so not particularly big and they hold just over 9kg of prepped particles, so a normal large bait bucket holds about 40-50% more than that

Don't forget the smaller fish will peck away at the bait as well and once it's softened water insects like snails will also start to eat the bait as well

Oops just read back and saw the post of 80kg of bait used in 72 hours. Once on Sandhurst, I ran out of bait, in 36hrs I got though over 25kg of particles, pellet and some boilie, ranout after 30hrs and never had a touch after that..... wonderful session that was, anyway if they are up for a nosh and you are feeding for a bite fair enough if it 😱
