I used my iPhone 11 pro for fishing self takes when I don't want to take a DLSR and tripod - usually when I am stalking carp or lure fishing. I just got the 13 pro max to replace it, but things are much the same camera wise. So simple to get decent images and let's face it, the IPhone pro models have the best camera systems of any smart phone. So, easy peasy... just get a bluetooth remote and a smart phone tripod mount off Amazon. The attach to a bank stick or you can use the JAG self take stick as I do. The remote is excellent, you don't need to point it at the phone and it re-focusses the camera if you move around with the fish. It can also trigger the video on/off. The mount is great and you can set it up in portrait or landscape. Very stable and has a spirit level so you can get everything lined up. Like I said, super simple and results are very good - not as good as my 6D with a prime lens, but good enough for fishing anyway. Never thought I'd use a phone for self takes, but that day came when I got the iPhone 11 pro a couple of years back. Links to the goodies...

Hi I was wondering is there a way of using this app in the portrait mode to take numerous pictures at once I'd like to set it up to take minimum 10 pictures in the portrait mode I can only see the speed available in the photo mode, also would you recommend for night pictures in the app it looks great so far thanks for recommending 😀

I use portrait mode when using the method I posted about below post 37 It works fine
