The only people who run the risk of being ripped off are the idiots that pay to play.

**** me it's not difficult for an educated man to multiply the ticket cost by the number of tickets and look at the take versus the value of the prize.

Obviously.

Some online raffles have been reported to have not sent prizes, rigged the winners, not given the money to the charities they state they are giving too, etc etc. There is alot more to it than just how much a ticket costs to the rrp of the product. Thats why the gambling commission regulate these things.
