I used to actually fit two plastic box's into my barrow frame, the large one near the handles, but at the front above the wheel, I had one that slotted in above the wheel and put bags off bait etc in that one. The tops of the box's with lids lay flush with the frame and bed etc lays perfectly flat on top.
All you have to do is measure the size of the "Hole" in the frame and go to the likes of B&M and see what fits, ideally with a lid. The lip of the plastic box should rest on top of the barrow frame
To make a longer lasting one as I had a habit of breaking them, I fastened two slats of wood on each side of the large box on the longer sides right at the very top to rest on the barrow frame.
I don't think my original thread with pictures etc exist any more, many years ago the forum went iffy and many posts were lost, I lost nearly 4000 posting and reduced to non.
