But some fisheries, one day ticket water I know, have not taken any steps to reduce pressure on potentially distressed fish or bother to check on DI levels. I called the EA about one place last week - the fish were clearly struggling and there were a couple lying dead under some trees. Yet this place was open and one idiot was even casting to the tree where those dead fish were! I questioned the owner - he seemed to think it was normal for the 'odd fish' to die in hot temperatures and shallower water. Unreal. The EA shut them down, how's that for a result! I walked up there a few days ago and there's aerators now running in two of the shallower lakes. Then I look on FB... several *****s moaning about the place being closed as they want to fish there this weekend

Iv not been fishing since france in july.
Been asked go little day water this weekend for day and not sure to bother or not . Did think bout the river as well but sure be same boat.
Been on there website open . Been on few other well known day fisherys websites all open no mention of lakes low closed etc.
My club waters cdaa have closed a few lakes .
So are most lakes still open near you .

I went in end somwhere diffrent tho , went to sandwich fishery and they have got no problems at all evan tho just up road from my club waters cdaa what are mostly shut and fordwich 90% fish kill .
Spoke to the guy that runs it and he said every lake they got has got pumps and aerators running year round told him bout my club problems and he said they have had no probs at all ...
Some of there small run lakes where bit low but there main lake oddly was quite high on water level .
