I think for your budget, there are few options in terms of reliability and longevity.

Personally, I wouldn't touch anything other than Fox/Delks/Gardner for bite alarms.

Im sure your alarms will be fine in todays world electronics in Alarms have come on in leaps and bounds ESPECIALLY in budget priced alarms

you will always get people that THINK if they are cheap they cant be anywhere near as good or reliable as Delkims or Fox

sadly these people wont ever know the truth as they wont ever own and use a set

I have owned and used almost every type of alarms since the Heron
currently I still own 4 Delkim TXIs ,3 Nash Siren, 3 Fox alarms, 2 JRC Radar ,3 Prologic Bat 3 plus ............I have now sold all the others
and I am just as happy using the Prologic or the JRC as I am using the Delkim that cost 4 times the price

yes the Delkims are more adjustable and are better but no way are they £400 better thats for sure and my Prologic are brilliant alarms for peanuts

I had a set of delkim alarms but when they got stolen I just replaced with a set from Amazon and they have been perfect. £80 for a set of 4 + receiver compared to the £500+ for the delkim's.

Have you tried them out yet?
