I tend to stick with Parcelforce these days, although to be fair I've never had a major problem with any of them apart from Tufnells who twice failed to turn up for a collection.

I've come to the conclusion that they are all ****s, absolute ****s and absolute ****ing ****s ****ers!

I recently found two ESP Vertex 12' 9” 3.75 Distance carp rods that I've been trying to get for years at £40 per rod Postage would be horrendous if any form of insurance was included and I agree with the poster that insurance is useless. Because it was such a good deal and the seller preferred pickup and I'm retired so time isn't an issue , I packed some sarnies and a flask and drove from Wales to Bournemouth to pick them up. Cost as much as the postage would have been and guaranteed getting them to me in one piece. If I wasn't retired would still consider doing it and taking the grandkids for a bucket and spade trip the the beach 👍.

These dodgy courtiers have got us by the balls at the moment but they are on thin ice as this thread proves. It only takes one to break the mould then the dominoes will start to fall.
