Had the same trouble with mine until I realised the on/ off tap bit was riding up in its holder. Pushed it back down and it worked fine.

I believe it was Terry Hearns water bottle if I remember my reading correctly. The water apparently was very green.

they are like the ones I bought and bought the taps for them too but dont use them anymore
as the sainsburys 5 litre are squarish fit perfect and can see how much water is left thats a bonus much prefer them
