I agree 100%, in fact when I worked in Ashford I used to go into the shop quite often, the lads in there were great. Service always top notch as well. Since retiring have purchased from this shop via online regularly over the past 11 years without any problems at all.

after trying every medium to contact them even attempted telepathy
I got through on the phone eventually where they cancelled and refunded my order after a 20 second chat so obviously it hadn't been shipped as eBay stated.
no explanation or customer satisfaction at all except well refund that.
shame really as I've used them before with no issues but going forwards I wont be
