Left over bacon from your brekkie?
Chop it up into small pieces (I prefer the healthier medallions), chop some mushrooms up, and fry them (no oil required, cook in their own juices)
Add some pepper, and anything else you fancy. Don't tip away the juices.
Add some vegetable stock - not too much as the bacon is salty enough.
Then pour in equal measure of hot water / couscous.
It'll be ready within a minute or two. It's pretty amazing. You can cook some sausages, any meat - any veg and relevant stock. So many variants with this.

Sainsburys Beef Madras in a tin and a packet of microwave pilau rice.
Chuck it all in the pan together and mix it up. Splash of water and slowly heat.
Wash down with a stella.

Iceland do some surprisingly good frozen curries which you can defrost and heat up in a pan. They do some real hot ones occasionally. Their "Atomic Vindaloo" was pretty hot as was their Phall.
Had their chicken Carolina Reaper Chili curry the other day (thankfully not on the bank) which was explosive in many senses and much, much hotter. Had to eat a large tub of yoghurt.
So hot it actually made my pee burn in the morning. Be warned. I would not go there again.
Ages ago had one of those tinned turkey curries where you pull a tab or something and the tin heats itself up. Got it from a camping shop. Was absolutely disgusting.
