Seriously tempted to get a set of these. Have 5000t's that have just been serviced and upgraded but can get a set of these for 255 for the three. If shop can make money on them at that price just makes me doubt them

really you doubt mark ups

one major company offer a small 40 sized reel for 50 odd quid
the same reel with a different logo can be found direct from china for just over a fiver

check out sites like dh gate

Through a guy who has a deal with one of major shops. He does some awesome deals through a private facebook group. Got a trakker levelite for 210 delivered which I was very happy with.

Ok no probs he told me he could get them for £255 for 3 from hull angling I rung them and they quoted me £100 a reel

I know mark, and im on the same group as he is, it's for selected few, I'm waiting for my reels for a great price, also had a tempest through this private group for less than half price.....

Is there anything else that can be said about this fishing reel?

We've had everything about the handle, there must be something else, surely?

I think a nice Penn emblem on one side would have set it off , just like reels from yesteryear Abu now that was a nice emblem

Seriously thou really for the money what do people expect , it's not a top end reel ffs ,

I have been looking for some cheap reels for a while now , gear that you won,t lose sleep over if it gets nicked , know what I mean to go with the Quest rods and wychwood alarms and cacky old banksticks

It isn,t as thou this brand popped up over night is it , I still have my dads old sea gear (RIP) which is Penn but some will say aaay but they don,t make them like they used to ,
Correct , better tooling and modern materials and computer aided manufacturing it's called progress

Let's face it if you want to turn over a load of reels then target your market and price accordingly , surprised Danny didn't,t get in on the action
