I think the lightest, most user friendly walled mat ever was the original one made by Carptech. The design was copied by others a few years later, but seems to have vanished now. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

This one has served me well for the last few years, across UK & EU. The bag it comes in has failed but the mat itself is still going strong, incredible for the price
