this is how it was finished,.the picture below was just making sure everything fitted, this enables me to completely remove the wheel and the handles to get in the car, more often than not I leave the wheel on and just remove the handles

update:
Received the conversion kit from BarrowPro and have just temporarily put it together to see how it all works.
First impressions: for the price, it's absolutely brilliant. I've not used it with a fully loaded barrow yet; however, both my kids sat on the barrow along with around 5–6kg of boilies and bits in the barrow bag, so maybe around 30kg+ in total.
I'm assuming these are the updated versions, as I'd read that some people had complained about the speed and power. This thing is not slow. I doubt you'll need to use it at full throttle unless you fancy jogging alongside your barrow! Again, that was with around 30kg on board, so I can't compare it to a fully loaded fishing setup just yet. The power seems very good too.
Also, Lee, who I dealt with, has been great, which is an added bonus. The customer service has been fantastic. He sent videos of the kit being packed and shipped, messaged me on the day it was delivered to check everything had arrived correctly, and when I had a slight user error during installation, he replied almost instantly and helped me sort it out.
I'm now going to figure out how to tidy up all the cabling and store the batteries on the barrow in a waterproof way. So far, I'm very happy, but obviously it needs to get out into some real-life fishing situations to see how it performs over time.
I went with some cheaper batteries from eBay that were recommended by Lee, although I managed to source them a little cheaper myself. I'll update on the performance of those over time, as well as the barrow itself. So far, I’m happy I took this route and didn’t pay for a new Carp Porter.
Costs so far:
Barrow kit: £271.85 2 x 12V 10Ah LiFePO4 batteries: £57.02 Battery charger: £18.12
Total: £346.99
Eventually, I think I'll change the charger so I can charge both batteries while they're still connected in series, rather than having to disconnect them every time. The wheel is relatively light, so I can still lift the barrow with ease. It's also easy to unclip the throttle and remove the handlebars so I can lift the barrow into my car.
