It really doesn't have to be ecoworthy, but yes the difference will just be charging speed.

I think you said 100AH battery so

5A approx 20 hours to recharge from flat
10A approx 10 hours to recharge from flat.

For info, i just had a quick look at the ecoworthy and for Lithum it recharges at 9amp, not that it really makes much difference.
