No its not, see the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
The RRP is not legally binding, but the MRP (Mandatory Retail Price) is.
In actual fact in some parts of the UK such as the HIghlands and Scotish Islands sell everything above RRP by nesesity.

I'm not normally one for promoting retailers but have to say that I have found Outlaw Pro to be simply outstanding for their communication and delivery charges/performance. Big thumbs up from me.
