Like many others i got right into enzymes and the best product I found that'll hydrolise most protein sources is bacterial protease. I got mine from a firm called Philip Harris and just made a solution and added to baits as they were thawing and then leave somewhere pretty warm ( working temp 30-60c). Baits will turn very soft if left too long but cereals in the basemix should hold it together.get it right and it can be very effective
