I have the P1's and have used them on both my slim duplon handles and my corked rods and they are totally fine as you can adjust them to suit. Admittedly I use my Jag rod lockers much more these days for total piece of mind.

However if a bit pricey have a look at the Nash butt locks, I bought some of these for my spod station and I'm quite impressed with them.

They may be out of carpy fashion but I still find these more than adequate after all these years
